Roobarb is privately owned by a small group of furniture lovers who are passionate about design and materials. Faced with a world increasingly dominated by imported products we knew there was a market for a range of sofas and chairs handmade in the UK.

We use the best of traditional craft skills mixed with a huge dollop of contemporary design influences. We love what we do and we don't launch a new product until every curve of the chair, every angle of the frame and every bit of its comfort is just right.
