Established in 1980, Linie Design’s mission is to create quality handmade rugs with an authentic and timeless story. It combines their Scandinavian heritage and design values with traditional craftmanship, contemporary aesthetics and compromising quality to create unique and long-lasting handmade pieces.
Today, Line Design is the largest design house of handmade rugs in Europe, with a wide range of standard and bespoke designs.
Focus on traditional craftsmanship and natural quality
All designs are handmade in India by skilled artisans with respect to traditional craftsmanship. Predominantly made from natural materials like wool, linen and cotton, Linie Design’s rugs don’t just add aesthetic value to their surroundings, but the superior material quality combined with the expert handcrafted technique assures customers natural warmth and softness.
