Kusch+Co – Specialist in contract seating presents its new series 6000 São Paulo

Engaging dynamics, taut design language, sophisticated ergonomics, and user-friendly handling – that is the concept behind the new series 6000 São Paulo, Design by Norbert Geelen. The aim was to capture the vibes and the energy of the namesake metropolis and bring it to office and conference environments all over the world. Either as task chair or as comfortable conference armchair, this series dispenses with superfluous gadgetry, instead focusing on pure aesthetics, exemplary ergonomics, and the best possible handling. One simple sleight of hand instead of wearisome adjusting. This series can be operated almost "intuitively" via the operating elements which are clevery incorporated underneath the seat.

When platform sharing runs in the genes.

It is a tried and tested method in the automotive industry which has recently been introduced into the wind power industry, and now it will revolutionize the manufacturing of contract seating at the long-established, internationally operating family business Kusch+Co: the platform sharing strategy. A platform is a shared set of common technical features for a number of very distinct series from a design perspective. This strategy has now been implemented at Kusch+Co – in close interaction with designer Norbert Geelen – for the creation of the new seating series Volpino.
