At Vinoteca we are passionate about serving high quality, fresh food in a comfortable, informal environment. All the food is prepared in our open plan kitchen and the menu changes regularly in order to make the most of seasonal produce. Our bread is baked freshly on the premises twice a day. The chefs buy only high quality meat, source sustainable fresh fish and seafood from first-class suppliers and use only seasonal fruit and vegetables. We also import a range of cured meats from Jabugo in southwest Spain.
