Running throughout the day, the BSPOKE Lighting programme will cover all things lighting. Hear from esteemed British designer Lee Broom, internationally renowned brands such as Louis Poulsen and Moooi, attend a RIBA accredited CPD hosted by Lutron and much more. 9:30-10am
In conversation with Lee Broom

Join Lee Broom as he offers an insight into the man behind the brand. 

Interviewed by Jessica-Christin Hametner (Editor, OnOffice Magazine), Lee shares his unique, atypical, route to becoming one of the UK's leading product designers, exploring the stories behind the names and designs of some of his most recognisable lighting collections.

In conversation with Flos

Join Ulysse Dormoy (MD, Atrium) and Paola Monaco di Arianello (UK Sales Manager. Flos Home Collection) as they show Jessica-Christin Hametner (Editor, OnOffice) a deeper look into the brand. 

Filmed on location at the B&B Italia Showroom in London; the pair offer an insight into Flos classics such as the 'Chiara' and 'Coordinates’ collections.

In conversation with Brokis

Join Francesca Perry (Editor, ICON) as she interviews Lucie Koldova (Art Director, Brokis) to uncover the story behind the brands conception and the craftsmanship of Bohemian glass blowing. 

Lucie also unveils the latest addition to the IVY family of products; a battery powered table lamp.  

11am-12pm
Illuminating Our Experiences with Human Centric Lighting (RIBA CPD) hosted by Lutron

In this RIBA accredited CPD (Continuing Professional Development), hear from our host Lutron, on creating a human-centric lighting design. 

This process requires thinking more broadly – to consider both electric lighting and daylighting design together, and crafting them in a way that doesn’t just suit aesthetics but behaves in a way that caters to the occupants in the space by delivering the right light at the right time. 

The CPD will feature:

  • • Defining human centric lighting and examine the four elements: quality light, natural light, connection to the outdoors & adaptive and personalized control 
  • • Exploring design best practices for human centric lighting and determine ways to communicate the value to clients 
  • • Analysing opportunities to specify human centric lighting in various space types 
  • • And finally to examine key design considerations and smart technologies that enable human centric lighting

In conversation with Moooi

Moooi was born to disrupt the design industry, and bring a bit of extraordinary into our daily lives. A vision set out 20 years ago by founders, Marcel Wanders and Casper Vissers.

Join Ivana Lindgren (Manager, Moooi), as she 'flies the flag' for Moooi and shows some of their lighting collections in an interview with  Jessica-Christin Hametner (Editor, OnOffice).

An exclusive look into the Linea Light Group, who they are and how they do it

From the time of its establishment in 1985 to the present, Linea Light Group  has grown to the point of becoming and being known as one of the major players in technical and decorative lighting.

These two spirits co-exist and fuel one another thanks to the group’s constant and continuous technological research. Gain exclusive insight into the brand with a virtual tour of their production site, plus discover their latest product, launching at BSPOKE Lighting.

In conversation with Secto Design

Join Secto Design's Tuula Juselius (Founder and Creative Director, Secto Design), to hear the story behind Tuula's discovery of an unknown and unused material and how that, and a partnership with Finnish architect Seppo Koho, saw the birth of the globally renowned Secto Design Collection wooden lights.

In conversation with Cameron Design House

Cameron Design House are a bespoke lighting company that specialise in statement pieces.

Join Francesca Perry (Editor, ICON) as she meets with Simeon Chilvers (CEO, Cameron Design House) for a look at the brand and some of their more playful lighting designs such as the Kuulas chandelier and Helmi.

In conversation with Louis Poulsen

Louis Poulsen are internationally recognised for providing their customers with exclusive lighting solutions of high quality and functional design. In this interview, Jessica-Christin Hametner (Editor, OnOffice) interviews Christian Flindt (Designer, Louis Poulsen) to talk about his work for the brand.

In conversation with Davide Groppi

Creative independence and passionate, unconventional management have allowed Davide Groppi, over time, to develop his own brand of original and unique products, currently distributed all over the world. Gain an insight into the brand and the designer himself.

In conversation with the Lighting Design Collective

LDC are designers for the built environment with cutting edge in-house skills covering Lighting Design, unique Co-Creation methodologies, BIM, VR, Coding, Research, Digital Content and Product Development.

Perfect Home Lighting with Shalini Misra and Sally Storey

Join Shalini Misra (International Interior Designer) and Sally Storey (Design Director, John Cullen Lighting) to take a look around Shalin's London Home. Described as her dream project and true labour of love.
