Bolon Unveils Refurbished Showroom Featuring Tom Dixon’s Furniture and New BKB Collection During Clerkenwell Design Week
During this year’s Clerkenwell Design Week, Bolon will open the doors to its newly refurbished showroom, featuring curated furniture by Tom Dixon, offering visitors an immersive look at the brand’s latest innovations in climate neutral woven flooring and rugs. As well as celebrating full circularity with the launch of Back2Bolon, a take-back initiative, Bolon flooring and rugs can be returned to Bolon’s recycling plant after use and recycled into new flooring collections.
The refreshed space will showcase Bolon’s newest BKB collection, presented alongside a curated selection of furniture and lighting by British designer Tom Dixon.
Inside the showroom, Bolon flooring will be paired with Tom Dixon’s FAT Chairs & bar stools together with MELT lights, creating a cohesive interior environment that highlights the versatility and design potential of woven flooring across contemporary settings.
Extending the experience outdoors, the showroom’s courtyard will be transformed into a relaxed lounge environment featuring Tom Dixon’s new outdoor GROOVE lounge chairs & café tables, portables & JACK lights layered with Bolon outdoor rugs. The space will offer visitors an opportunity to explore how Bolon’s materials perform across both interior and exterior applications while enjoying a comfortable and social setting during the festival.
The celebration continues beyond the showroom with a special Bolon takeover of The Sutton Arms, a much-loved Clerkenwell pub just moments away. For the duration of the festival, the venue will feature Bolon bar installations and Bolon rugs, bringing the brand’s distinctive woven flooring into a lively hospitality environment and demonstrating its durability and design appeal.
Together, the showroom, courtyard installation, and Sutton Arms takeover will create a series of design moments across Clerkenwell, highlighting Bolon’s commitment to innovative flooring solutions and thoughtful collaborations within the design community.
Visitors are invited to experience the installations throughout Clerkenwell Design Week and discover the newly refurbished Bolon showroom in the heart of London’s design district.
All Bolon flooring and rugs contain 68% waste material, bio sourced PVC and have 0% climate impact. Rugs and flooring with non-permanent installations can be returned to Bolon to become new flooring.
