Holmes Bespoke offers a tailored service from concept development to white glove installation. Set apart by a diverse offering of weaving techniques, Holmes Bespoke’s skilled artisans can hand tuft, knot, weave, loop, or carve any bespoke design in an array of premium fibre.

Holmes Bespoke design and handcraft bespoke rugs, runners, fitted carpets, wall hanging tapestries and home accessories for projects worldwide, for luxury residences, hotels and super yachts.

Recently working with The Hoxton Hotel brand across its hotels in London and Europe - hand weaving beautiful pieces for bedrooms, stunning textural rugs for reception areas and outdoor rugs for lounging by the pool. Holmes Bespoke has designed bespoke rugs for luxury Austrian Hotel Schloss Mönchstein and Boat & Co in Amsterdam.

Led by Laylah Holmes, from her West London HQ, the brand is committed to building long lasting authentic relationships, fostering a creative and enjoyable design experience whilst delivering exceptional quality every time. Laylah works closely with individuals, interior designers and project leaders to create truly unique design solutions for all interiors.

Holmes Bespoke also offers ‘ready to order’ rug collections for client’s homes across the UK and beyond. The iconic debut collection ‘Elements’ was inspired by the natural elements and combines subtle neutral tones together with geometric detailing across twelve rug options that are fully customisable with colours, fibres, shapes and sizes. The newest ‘Shore’ collection comprises five unique rugs hand knotted using recycled plastic bottles (polyethylene terephthalate yarn) inspired by the coastline of India.

Recent collaborative collections include; The Leopard Collection with Barlow & Barlow featuring three Leopard designs in multiple colourways, as well as The Line Up collection with Howark Design Studio.

Mum of two, Laylah set up Holmes Bespoke shortly after the birth of her first daughter in 2018 and continues to run the business around her busy family life. Laylah combines her interior design training with her background in fashion. Her unique design flair and an astute understanding and passion for the handcrafted rug process has established the brand as a best-kept secret amongst interior designers.
