The presentation explores the relationship between reduction, material expression, and spatial interaction. Minimal geometries are used as a framework to investigate how objects can generate both emotional resonance and tactile depth.
Two complementary design approaches are brought into dialogue:
•Bernhard Müller’s focus on linear clarity and ergonomic softness
•Peter Fehrentz’s sculptural, materially driven forms
The exhibition examines contrasts—lightness versus mass, precision versus rawness—while revealing a shared design ethos rooted in authenticity and restraint. The staging responds to the architectural context of the church, where furniture, light, and material surfaces form a unified spatial composition.
