New Kids on the Block: Understanding Generation Z – 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

This panel discussion will explore how Generation Z is shaping the future of work. By examining evolving work cultures, technology, and design adaptations, this session highlights the changing needs of a new generation entering the workforce, and how their preferences are influencing the design of office spaces. Hosted by Women in Design.

  • Day 2: Wednesday 21st May

Future of Work and Place, Enabled by Artificial Intelligence – 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Oliver Baxter, an independent workplace consultant, will share insights into how Artificial Intelligence is revolutionising workplace design. From optimising office layouts to enhancing employee engagement, this talk will demonstrate how AI is helping companies create more agile and connected work environments.

Materials Matter – 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

In this session, design industry experts will explore how intelligent material choices are shaping a more circular future for mass-produced products. As part of Teknion’s commitment to advancing the circular economy, this panel will discuss how material intelligence is essential in creating sustainable, high-performance products that are both innovative and kind to the planet.

  • Day 3: Thursday 22nd May

Thriving Under Pressure: Focus, Performance, and Adaptability in High-Stakes Environments – 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
