The Shore Collection from Holmes Bespoke comprises five unique rugs hand knotted using recycled PET (polyethylene terephthalate) yarn. Available in three distinct colour ways; Magenta Sunset, Ocean Blue and Golden Sands.

Environmentally conscious PET yarn (polyethylene terephthalate) is made from 100% recycled plastic bottles. These bottles are predominantly washed up along the Indian shoreline and each rug is named after one of India’s most beautiful beaches to honour this connection.

Luxurious to the touch yet strong and durable, PET yarn is easy to clean, it is also water, UV, stain and moth resistant. This also means that The Shore Collection is suitable for occasional outdoor use.

Handcrafted in India by artisan craftsmen, the plastic bottles are sterilised, dried and crushed into small chips. These chips are heated and passed through a spinneret to form strings of yarn that is wound up in spools. The fibre is crimped to create a fluffy texture then hand dyed and knitted, ready to be used to create a bespoke rug.

Varkala - this subtle hand painted hexagon design is the perfect all rounder; contemporary yet classic.

Tarkali - reminiscent of sunset hues spreading across a scorched summer sky.

Anjuna - angular lines cut through a watercolour backdrop, this rug will be noticed!

Palolem - hexagon shapes shimmer through a misty painterly backdrop.

Agonda - a stunning hand painted ombre border adds an accent colour to this neutral.
