A steam bent Oak bath, hand carved to its final shape before being fumed in Ammonia to turn the Oak a rich chocolate brown colour. With a wooden bath, not only do you get the organic look of the natural wood but its superior ability to keep heat longer means that your bath water will stay hot for longer. Imagery seen here prior to the unveiling of the bath at Clerkenwell Design Week is of the prototype bath made from Olive Ash with a Walnut base and roll top.
