HB Table by Atelier Thirty Four
For Clerkenwell Design Week, British design brand Deadgood have teamed up with London based studio Atelier Thirty Four to launch the HB Table. A collection that mixes playful ’60’s shapes, with some serious architectural logic.
Inspired by the iconic kidney-bean curves of mid-century swimming pools and the fluidity of skate culture, each timber top is crafted using strict geometric rules to ensure a perfect rightness of form. The collection moves beyond traditional typologies, offering organic, non fixed shapes that command a presence in any room.
The range takes its name from the HB pencil, reflected in the distinct chamfered detailing that sharpens the transition between the round leg and the tabletop. This thoughtful subtraction of material visually lightens the solid timber, resulting in a design that is sturdy as a rock with a super light silhouette.
Handcrafted with Deadgood’s signature commitment to quality, the HB Table is British design with a rebellious undertone. Or as Deadgood like to call it, products with personality.
Marking the first collaboration between Deadgood and Atelier Thirty Four, the HB Table highlights Deadgood’s ongoing mission to champion emerging British talent. Visitors to Clerkenwell Design Week (19-21 May) can experience the new collection first-hand at the Deadgood showroom, located at 46 Old Street, London EC1V 9AQ.
