The Pivot system turns opening a door into a creative act: the doors swing around the asymmetrically located axis, creating a temporary spatial structure. This could also be the reason why Le Corbusier preferred these kinds of doors. The door delicately glides open with just a gentle push of the comfortable handle. The electromechanical multipoint locking system guarantees safety.

Composition of the product:

The Pivot door can either be designed as a single door in a thermally insulated Sky-Frame frame profile, or it can be integrated into a Sky-Frame window panel with adjacent fixing elements.

The specifically developed axis is firmly attached to the frame and can withstand wind and weight loads. With the vertical and horizontal adjuster integrated into the axis, the door can be easily and precisely aligned during installation and later restoration work. The covers in the base section allow for a flush transition between indoors and outdoors. The openings in the stainless steel cover under the door leaf ensure that water drains through the drainage system in the base section.

The prefabricated leaf can be easily and quickly inserted into the fully assembled frame. The leaf profiles are tightly sealed with double or triple insulated glazing and feature a slim visible width of just over 40 mm. The door leaf is operated using an attractive Sky-Frame system handle that is sleekly integrated into the leaf.

The system is sealed on the top and bottom with brushes or alternatively with floor seals that are integrated into the leaf. The side is sealed with stopper seals on the leaf and stop profiles.

The lock with its multipoint locking system can be installed in the frame or in the leaf on customer request. It can also be designed for round or profile cylinders. In order to operate the lock with an electric automatic opener, the opener system can be installed in the frame or in the lock profile of the adjacent fixed section. The automatic opener can be controlled using all standard operating elements (fingerprint, key card, smart home technology, etc.).
