The special thing about Sky-Frame Plain is the concealed guide of the level transition between indoors and outdoors. The sliding window glides over the floor opening, which is just 13 mm wide. The area in between continues the floor covering and reinforces the impression of there being a fluid transition from outdoors to indoors. This smooth transition becomes pleasantly noticeable as soon as the windows are open.

Sky-Frame 3 with the Plain option is very well insulated in the sill area and the triple-glazed elements thanks to the innovative system design, and can therefore also be installed in cold regions. Maintenance and cleaning work is also possible in the installed condition without problems.

Composition of product:

The Plain option is based on the Sky-Frame 3 technology. Thanks to having additional profiles in the sill area, the frame profile elegantly disappears beneath the floor. This creates the possibility of reducing the floor gap to a minimum. The main item is the chalice profile, which has been newly developed by Sky-Frame and continues the triple-glazed panes of glass downwards, providing optimal thermal separation thanks to the use of state-of-the-art insulating materials.
