Even in the earliest design sketches, the asymmetrical, upward-reaching leg reminded us of a futuristic skyscraper—an expressive, sculptural form that seems to grow from the floor and invite creative freedom. Its sharp, angular base forms a precise, architectural foundation, while the solid wood tabletop above introduces a softer, more tactile counterpoint. Gently contoured and warm in character, it balances the rigor of the base with an organic, inviting surface. The result is a dynamic interplay between geometry and nature, between technical clarity and material warmth—an object that feels both grounded and sculptural, functional and expressive.
