EGGER LONDON is the collaborative design hub of three industry powerhouses in material innovation: EGGER, CLEAF and BLUM. In one immersive design space, the three brands offer integrated specification solutions across interior surfaces, structural and interior flooring, furniture fittings and motion technologies, enabling specifiers to bring bold design ideas with confidence, practicality, and performance in mind.
Set in the iconic 1 Dallington Street, a striking example of late 20th Century open and fluid architecture, EGGER LONDON is a designers' playground packed with creative stimulation - from textures and colours to conversations and curated events. Made by designers, for designers, the real life product application merges form with function throughout.

Here, we discuss how to design for the changing needs of an ageing population, explore the effects of ageing and the resulting changes in capability, and consider design solutions to future proof interiors. This talk will be enhanced by the Blum® Age Explorer® - a suit developed by the Meyer-Hentschel Institute to simulate the diminishing sight and hearing, decreasing muscle strength, stiff joints and arthritis experienced as we age.
