LILGENAU is a Vienna & Vancouver-based design studio. At Milan Design Week 2026, LILGENAU exhibited the bar and counter stool series 'The Regulars' at the Austrian Design Palazzo in the beautiful Palazzo Confalonieri right in the heart of Brera.
‘The Regulars’ is a playful reinterpretation of bar stools designed by Valentin Lilgenau for Studio LILGENAU.
The pair consists of two asymmetrical stools that, when placed together, form a balanced and unexpected symmetry. Crafted from smoked ash and finished with a subtle oil, they carry a refined, durable darkness that emphasizes both elegance and strength. Their form invites interaction, their materiality adds depth, and together they create a quiet moment of harmony and coming together.
'The Regulars' are available in both bar and countertop stool height.
