This year, Marcelina Castañeda presents a bold new collection of stools and footstools, created in collaboration with textile designer Manuela Cabrales.
Merging Colombian craftsmanship, sustainable materials, and contemporary design, each piece reimagines furniture as both an artful statement and a functional retreat.
At the heart of the collection is a sculptural stool, defined by its fluid, organic silhouette — a reimagining of seating where comfort and elegance meet.
The stools and footstools blend traditional woodwork with lively textiles woven from natural fibres such as roses, eucalyptus, and orange peel — bringing sustainability and storytelling into furniture design.
