Jazreena Harlow’s approach to sound healing and “grounded transcendence” shapes immersive spaces where sound becomes both sensory and energetic architecture. Using crystal sound baths, voice, and vibrational frequencies, she creates environments that calm the nervous system, inspiring deeper internal connection. The experience echoes the first movement of proto-synthesis, beginning with a talk on the ideas underlying her practice and the interplay between sound, embodiment, and perception.
