Caroline Olah, is a trained interior architect-turned-furniture designer (based in Sydney up until a few months ago when she and moved to London) leads Reddies’s creative direction. She founded the company when she couldn’t find furniture to fit her projects. Her vision merges modern and vintage aesthetics, focusing on craftsmanship, material honesty and sustainability.

“We constantly think about the designers we design for, because I used to be one of them,” says Caroline. “Every piece can be tailored to suit their project they worked so hard to create, not the other way around — we also make their life easier from image downloads and pricing transparency, and an online design tool that simplifies the entire process.”

With backgrounds spanning New York, Hong Kong, Dubai and Sydney, Caroline and Andrew’s global perspective informs the company’s versatility – the brand works with interior designers and architects to adapt across various commercial environments.
