Guy Oliver runs renowned design practice Oliver Laws in Mayfair, and is responsible for the restoration and redesign of some our most iconic hotels, including Claridge’s and The Connaught, as well as The Shelbourne in Dublin. He is the voluntary Creative Director of the Turquoise Mountain Foundation where he works with and promotes artisans in developing countries around the world, where their cultural heritage is under threat. Oliver has helped restore historic architecture in Afghanistan, train local artisans, and integrate their craftsmanship into projects around the world—including his suites at The Connaught.
