Martin is a Landscape Profession Director within BDP London’s Urbanism studio. His key roles and responsibilities include directing projects and helping manage a creative studio of landscape architects, urban designers and urban planners. He has over 20 years’ experience and has been instrumental in the design and implementation of a broad range of award-winning urban design, masterplanning and public realm projects in the UK and internationally and brings with him an enthusiasm and passion which ensures excellent design throughout all stages of a project. Since joining BDP in 2000, Martin has fulfilled a leading design role on many successful landscape led masterplans and has significant experience of working alongside large design teams and a range of consultants and clients. He is effective in establishing trusting relationships between clients and the design team, is an excellent mentor and creative leader, and is able to build design teams with the skills necessary to address the tasks in hand.
