Nancy Elgarf-Weir is a Partner in the Project Management team at Gardiner & Theobald, bringing over 15 years of expertise in project management, delivery, and development management. With a strong foundation as a qualified architect, Nancy has worked on a wide range of projects, including healthcare, residential, and commercial schemes. This diverse experience allows her to leverage her architectural knowledge to enhance the project management process, ensuring a detailed and client-focused approach to delivery.
Her role encompasses clients across multiple sectors, supporting in not only the project delivery, but also the strategic, transaction and legal stages to ensure a holistic approach from day 1 through to completion.
Beyond her core responsibilities, Nancy is deeply committed to promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (D, E & I).
