Simon Hunter has spent over three decades in the UK stone industry. He began by offering manufacturing and fixing services for high-end residential and commercial interiors. In 2016, following a thorough review of quarry sources and business operations, he assumed ownership of Britannicus Stone.
At Britannicus Stone, Simon is passionate about showcasing the finest British stones and marbles - ‘The Shinning Stone of Britain.’ He aims to inspire specifiers, architects, and customers to champion British stone and rejuvenate this indigenous and more sustainable industry. With a focus on consulting, sourcing, manufacturing, and installation, he plays a significant role in the British stone industry.
