Tatjana von Stein, founder and creative director of her eponymous interior and furniture design studio is best known for creating intuitive interiors for their clients. Projects range from high end residential to restaurants, members clubs and hotels, working across multiple locations including London, New York, Paris, Zurich, Munich and Mallorca. Founder & Creative Director, Tatjana von Stein, has a shared French/German heritage, and brings a unique approach to her designs, considering the psychology of space and the impact of the design on those experiencing it. The studio’s spaces imbue movement and warmth and reference design history with a contemporary twist. Whilst Tatjana’s approach to each project is versatile, a subtle nod to the past is the common thread throughout her designs. In 2023, Tatjana von Stein founded her eponymous brand and first furniture collection: Mise en Scene. Drawing from a spectrum of influences, the collection is born of von Stein’s intuitive process and is produced in collaboration with some of France’s finest artisans.
