Dr. William Chizhovsky is a visionary leader at the forefront of sustainable innovation and circular design. With a Ph.D. in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Management from Harvard University, William has built a career spanning international trade, strategic initiatives, and business transformation. He has held pivotal roles, including Global Director of Strategic Initiatives at a publicly traded IT company with $1 billion in annual revenue, and successfully founded and led ventures in diverse global markets. As the Founder & CEO of The Good Plastic Company, established in 2018, William combines his entrepreneurial expertise with a deep commitment to addressing the global plastic waste crisis. The impact-driven company has developed scalable solutions for integrating recycled materials into the built environment, advancing the principles of circular economy and sustainable design. William has shared insights on the role of private enterprise in tackling plastic pollution at key global forums, including the 2024 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP29) in Azerbaijan.
