The Future of Luxury
Date: Thursday 23 May
Time: 15:00 – 16:00
Tina studied architecture at Westminster before joining Conran and Partners in 1997, completing her MA in Architecture & Interiors at the Royal College of Art in 2000.
With every project, Tina approaches the brief by delving into its context and unique history to create timeless spaces that tell a story. Tina designs for style over fashion to ensure the result is long-lasting and consistently fresh.
Tina is currently working on two new Park Hyatt hotel projects in Jakarta and Auckland, for MNC Land and Fu Wah Group respectively and has also just completed a White Label project for the IHG hotel brand, QO Amsterdam. She also led the design for Rüya, two Anatolian restaurants on the Dubai Marina and in London’s Mayfair.
She has been working with D&D London for over a decade, including being the design lead on their award-winning South Place Hotel in the City of London and German Gymnasium in King’s Cross.
On the rare occasions when she’s not on a plane travelling for work or play, Tina loves exploring London’s cultural offerings, from music to art and architecture. And she’s planning to move to a mid-century modern house in Palm Springs at the earliest opportunity.
Conran & Partners have around 80 specialists working across offices in London, Brighton and Hong Kong, including masterplanners, interior architects and industrial designers, with an award-winning, world-class reputation and a pedigree that spans over half a century.
