New for 2026

New web based app - For CDW 2026, we are introducing a new web-based app will feature advanced networking tools that enable showrooms to connect and engage with visitors before, during, and after events—offering an exclusive, value-added benefit designed to enhance the showroom experience and build lasting relationships

Interactive map - Inclusion in the interactive map, designed to make visiting our showrooms seamless and efficient. Integrated directly within the new 2026 CDW app, this dynamic tool offers real-time directions to any of our showroom locations, ensuring that visitors can plan their visit with ease

New CDW website - We’re launching a new website with a streamlined, user-friendly design that seamlessly connects the Exhibitor Zone and Manual for a smoother, more efficient experience

 

Online listing - A detailed showroom profile on the CDW website, including images, press releases and product launches

Book a meeting functionality - Generate leads and bookings all year round via your online profile

Showroom map inclusion - Map pin and A to Z listing as part of the fold-out showroom map (30,000 distributed at CDW)

Onsite signage - Inclusion on the large, printed maps at CDW as well as window vinyl and a showroom flag to highlight your participation

Pink route - The pink route line acts a wayfinding tool delivering visitors directly through your doors

Dedicated account manager - A dedicated account manager will be available to provide tips on marketing, operations and general festival information including recommended partners and key contacts

Showroom briefing event - Meet the CDW team and other showroom partners to hear about plans for CDW 2026. The event usually takes place in February and provides an opportunity to share ideas and find out more about the festival

Showroom programme - Inclusion within the comprehensive showroom programme both online and in the printed guide. Your events will also appear on your dedicated online showroom profile. Opportunity to add a link for visitors to RSVP allowing you to capture data. An enquire button will automatically feature, allowing visitors to message you via the e-zone to enquire about an event

Data capture app - Downloadable data capture app that can be used on multiple devices to scan visitors included for all showrooms (valid for applications submitted by 28th November 2025).

Marketing opportunities - Inclusion within the CDW marketing campaign across social media as well as direct contact with CDW’s official PR agency

#DesignTogether newsletter inclusion (last Friday of each month) - Opportunity to share your latest showroom news, projects, product launches and ongoing events to the CDW community. This is aimed at increasing engagement with your showroom throughout the year and delivering exposure year-round
