Clerkenwell Design Week features a number of exhibition venues dotted across EC1, all showcasing a curated mix of leading brands and emerging talent covering furniture, lighting, textiles, surfaces, accessories and product design from around the world. The next edition of CDW takes place 24-26 May 2022.

Design Fields

Home to our pick of international brands, Design Fields houses contemporary furniture and cutting edge brands within a spacious pavilion in Spa Fields.

Light + Rising Stars

Held within the subterranean House of Detention, the former Victorian prison will showcase an array of leading international lighting brands and spectacular stand-alone installations, whilst shining a light on new brands/ designers starting to make waves within the industry.


Proving contract furnishings can be innovative and exciting, Project presents a selection of the best in the grounds of St James's Church.



Housed in a pavilion on St John's Square, Elements focuses on ironmongery and the finest architectural hardware.

British Collection

Highlighting local brands, British Collection is located in the atmospheric crypt of St James's Church and showcases new design emanating from Britain.


Detail brings together a carefully-selected range of refined luxury products from around the world, in the impressive surroundings of The Order of St John.

Fabric nightclub

The former cold-store turned nightclub creates a stunning backdrop for showcasing brand activations as well as immersive experiences.

Change is a celebration of forward-thinking innovation. From champions of sustainability to pioneering post covid design - brands showcase solutions that push the boundaries in a bid to revolutionise the industry. This new exhibition is set in the secluded Kingsway Garden and accessed via Clerkenwell Close.

From walls to floors across the commercial, residential and hospitality sectors, Covered is a new exhibition dedicated to interior surfaces. Forming part of a new festival location in Charterhouse Square, discover the best in surface design and material innovation.
