A series of unique benches, made exclusively from hard to recycle waste, invites visitors to Clerkenwell to sit, play and learn - transforming reuse into a fun, aesthetic and educational experience.
I propose an installation consisting of several benches spread throughout Clerkenwell Design week area, each unique designed and made exclusively from recycled materials and everyday waste that is difficult to recycle. The idea is to show that it is possible to create beautiful and useful objects from reused materials, while stimulating creativity behind exploring the properties of recycled materials.
