Take a breather with BDP at Clerkenwell Design Week. Step out of the hustle and bustle and into a ‘Conversation with Clerkenwell’; a new pavilion just on the corner of BDP’s studio in Brewhouse Yard. It’s your chance to pause, take a seat, get stuck into a bit of hands-on model-making, and chat with BDP about architecture, design, and the future of our cities.

They’ve designed the space as a catalyst, not just somewhere to rest your legs, but a place to spark ideas and conversations. Make a model, add it to their growing paper city, or take it with you. They’d love to see these ideas travel.
The pavilion itself is shaped by the stories and textures of Clerkenwell, brought to life by the multidisciplinary team from across BDP, with the lighting equipment being kindly supplied by Architainment Lighting. They’ve drawn from the neighbourhood’s architectural DNA to create a space that’s open, honest, and welcoming, just like the conversations they’re hoping to have.
