After careful consideration and working tirelessly to explore all possible options, we have decided to postpone Clerkenwell Design Week until 25 – 27 May 2021.
Postponing to next year means that we can secure CDW’s future as well as protect your full investment in the best possible way, giving us time, as an industry and as a community, to come together and deliver an even better festival in 2021.
This has not been an easy decision to make and Media 10 will be absorbing a number of costs already incurred, including; permits, licensing, PR, marketing, staffing and other related overheads. However, this does provide us with an opportunity to make improvements and plan an even better CDW.
We are delighted to confirm that Porsche will be our Headline Sponsor (maintaining their commitment to the event as it moves to next year), we will also be introducing brand new venues and commissioning more exciting installations across EC1 than ever before.
As CDW moves to 2021, your investment will also move accordingly, with any outstanding payments not being due until 1 March next year.
Above all else, we want to make sure that we are doing the best thing for the industry, for Clerkenwell Design Week and for you, whilst doing so safely and with everyone’s best interests at the core of our approach.
Our thoughts continue to be with everyone that has been affected by the situation and we look forward to uniting the international design community in Clerkenwell once again next year.
